Pretty Border

I’ve been admiring this drive border of a nearby house for a few days now. Being a drive of course it often has cars in it therefore obscuring some of the plants but walking back from Pilates in the village this morning I noticed they were all out.  So a quick snap for today’s blip. 

The height of the foxgloves look great against the expanse of high fence and I especially love the white one. Also the background of Erigeron daisies  is delightful too. So simple but effective if you can get them to grow where you want them to!

Haven’t been to Pilates for a couple of weeks so expect some aching muscles later in the week. My friend is now back from Canada so we went on to Woodbank for lunch.   Very nice but I wish they didn’t do such big portions! You can’t just get a straightforward sandwich.

Dry so far today and pretty warm!
