Oh Dear, Oh Dear, Oh Dear

Somebody is going to get into trouble for the quality control!

We left early to do a food drop off run.....after I had taken a shot of the terrible cloud cover
There were only 4 stops but it took 2 hours! 
We didn't even get lost.
It was all down to road works and temporary traffic lights (put up without any consideration to traffic management or timings).
To cheer ourselves up we bought a cake each to go with our 11 o'clock(ish) drink.

As you can see, quality control has fallen slightly below the expected standard with my caramel shortbread ... tsk, tsk.

I said I was done taking pictures of the past it tulips.
Apparently I lied........
But they are the last 5 because SWMBO consigned them to the compost.

The front hedge was trimmed (despite all those threatening clouds) and there was a bit of a shop done too.

This evening the kitchen fitter has been in touch and will be here on Thursday to finish the doors and do the snagging (so I don't have to go into the showroom and kick up a stink).

All in all, it has been quite a productive day.
