Chicory

There's been enough pointless outrage in this Journal of late.

The death of Brian Wilson (the Beach Boys one, not your friend from the rugby club) yesterday reminded me of the death of Andy Lippincott.

Andy Lippincott was a character in the Doonesbury cartoon strip. He died in the strip as a consequence of AIDS.  As he died he listened to this.
Those 2 are forever connected in my head.

My head can be a very strange place.
