Capital adventures

Welcome

I finally feel asleep at half one and then was awake between 5 and 6 and woke up properly at 8. No swim.

There was noise outside. Y and G solar panels being installed. Good to see a female installer. I did kitchen things, rapidly bought Tattoo tickets for Preview night and vacuumed before heading to the Museum.

An interesting session and home before 2. Warm and sunny again so I sat outside in the garden for a bit and then did some indoor tasks. I also did a smidgen of gardening then baked bread and made very odd pancakes.

S's train was running late but that allowed me time to suss out parking spaces in town. I picked up S and T at the station and then we had food at Kampong Ah Lee. It felt very Malaysian in the way the food came.

Back I had a slice of one of the new loaves. Seems ok. Watched some Austen and then the News with the terrible Indian plane crash and the shocking events in Ireland. There are echoes of Lockerbie (without the bomb) in that crash.
