Kid's Garden

On the other side of the school from the park where Liza and I go almost every day are these charming garden boxes, created and maintained by children. I love what they've painted on the sides of the boxes.

This is a former elementary school that closed about 8 years ago. There are some kid activities here though - I don't know what they do here, some sort of alternative program I think. But it's well maintained and the garden boxes are always neat and tidy and filled with veggies and flowers.
