Friday Feeling

Like a glutton for punishment, I went back to the tennis courts this morning for the ladies social and coaching session. Luckily I didn’t get hit by any more tennis balls and I was marginally better than yesterday.
Home for a shower and lunch and then as we had tickets to see The Waterboys at the Usher Hall (Christmas present) Mr P and I decided to take the bus into Edinburgh. We had a great time mooching about the Meadows in the afternoon and had a meal in Pulse at St John’s Church (very tasty and healthy). All was going to plan until we realised that the last bus back to Peebles was at 10.15pm (from the Bridges) and our concert didn’t end until 10.30pm. Sadly we had no choice but to leave the concert, 45 mins early. Very frustrating as we were really enjoying it. To top it all the bus was late. Pesky X62!
