If only…..
Although a little grey in the morning, it soon warmed up to a really lovely day. We took Phin to the community gardens then enjoyed a bite of lunch at a cafe in the village before visiting the new artists shop. So many lovely things but I restrained myself and only bought a wee jug with a whisk and a rather expensive but beautifully fragranced candle.
We headed back to the campsite and bet up with Stuart and Linda for a walk on the sands. Linda is more choked up today poor thing so after a walk and a distanced chat whilst enjoying the sunshine, we agreed to eat separately and to catch up in the morning before heading off.
Mr PHL made a rather tasty carbonara for our dinner and I enjoyed an early night.
Backblipped Saturday for Wednesday. .
