Don't see me...

I got a few of this Southern Hawker dragonfly, but none in flight. I was most taken with the framing of him as he hid in the trees, seeking shade and anonymity...

A home day... we are planning to visit my brother and SiL in Cornwall tomorrow and of course that's a perfect time for the car battery to fail... It's an old battery but I guess it's the heat. Hint: don't buy a black car.

The local mobile mechanic is on the case. Yes, I can change a battery, but I doubt he'll be much more expensive after I've driven back and forth to get one and paid retail for it... and hey, supporting local workers. ;-)

So... waiting on tenterhooks... Cornwall in the Audi, with air conditioning, or in Mollie Camper, with open windows and a wet flannel...?
