Got 4hrs sleep last night, up half the night with Dad who had a fall. Visits this morning from the doc and the district nurse. Consequently his hospital appointment this afternoon had to be cancelled. Instead N kindly kept him company while I joined K for an hour for a cooling drink in the shade of the garden of the Manor House. 30 degrees, too hot for me, and a very warm night ahead so not much chance to catch up on my sleep. Yellow heat health alert ramped up to Amber today.
