After the rain

After a three week break, I was back on the courts and played two sets with my hitting partner. After two and a half hours we finished honours even. We started at 8:30 am when it was not too hot but by 11 am it was up to about 30° so it was time to stop. In the afternoon Mrs TT and I shared the birthday knickerbocker glory which we had not been able to have yesterday as the café was closed. I took Mrs TT to the dentist in the afternoon when there was a huge downpour with hail bouncing off the pavements.
