I left the house for Mission Flats at 7. I'd pushed the bins out to the street for collection and I was free to venture. 

I stopped along the road for a long shot of the delta. All is in grey tones this morning in anticipation of rain. I drove to the end of the road to get a panorama of the river and its north side. I was pleased to spot an osprey on the nest. I caught my mountains as I looked east and started back for the bridge. 

I'm in for the day. Here's hoping it is a undemanding day with my radio and sewing machine.
