Glut

My courgette (zucchini) plants are flourishing and I have collected rather a lot of fruit so I was inspired by PatMacCan to make some zucchini bread. I sourced a recipe online and as it was an American one I was able to use my cute owl measuring cups that I bought when last in Las Vegas with the family. The result is a very tasty moist cake which is also very freezable, which is good as I made two. Now ..... what do I do with the rest of the courgettes?
