Cardinal visit

Both the male and female cardinal have been here on an almost daily basis and sometimes twice a day for the past week. They are here in the morning, around 7 - 8 am, and come back in the evening around 8 pm. Neither of them like to sit still long enough for a photo.

One of the regular attendees at brunch brought his girlfriend and her sister with him today. His girlfriend comes to the special events that we have. Her sister is visiting just now. She fit right in at the pub we were at today. We tend to help ourselves to coffee, extra napkins, cutlery, anything that we can access. We do not go behind the bar or in the kitchen. When they arrived, Colleen was sitting at a table wrapping cutlery in napkins. Jane's sister ended up sitting down with her and helped her.

I gave Peaches a new toy this evening, a crocheted ball with catnip in it. She sniffed it, chased it across the floor and promptly lost it. I have no idea where she put it. That makes 4 of them somewhere in the house but I have no idea where they are. When I was looking for it, I knocked another ball out from under a table in the hallway. A few minutes later I heard it bouncing down the stairs, so I know where to find it again.
