In a Spin

After another manic weekend (checkout backblips from the V Festival here and here) normality returned for me (Chris). Annie on the other hand flew to Edinburgh for a work meeting tomorrow!

Running club tonight, the reversal run (run 15-20 minutes out then turn around and come back quicker than you went out). Unfortunately one poor runner dropped his car key somewhere on the run so a couple of us retraced his route to find them only to meet a memeber of the public who had kindly picked it up. A lucky escape!!

The mulberry tree in the garden actually has fruit on it if you look hard enough. I was admiring a berry through a network of leaves that looked like a tunnel. The photograph didn't do it justice so I made my own dreamy journey!
