In the spotlight

Thankfully it was cooler this morning, we even had a few raindrops. 

I enjoyed my group golf lesson today as there were only two of us so it was more like a private lesson and I got help with some things i am struggling with - I am always struggling with something, it's just that kind of sport for me!

I went to Guildford to meet up with some friends for lunch, I had not seen them for a few months and we enjoyed a long catchup over lunch at Megans. We all had delicious 'green goddess' salads with chicken. By the time I came out of the restaurant it was sunny and hot again.

Xena enjoyed another walk this afternoon, we seek the shady part of the woods to keep it comfortable.

I have so enjoyed this final season of The Handmaid's Tale, only one episode to go which only drops on Sunday so I have to be patient...
