When in doubt, photograph a shelf of books!

Another rather dreich day in the Kingdom of Fife. This weather certainly hampers my activities in the gardens of our home often referred to as ‘The Policies’.

‘Lorimer and the Edinburgh Craft Designers’ features Hill of Tarvit Mansionhouse. However there is a Lorimer House closer to us than Hill of Tarvit,

Adjoining Leuchars Airfield is Earlshall Castle. It is certainly worth visiting. Pat and I last visited about ten years ago and I suspect that we will be visiting Earlshall again in the next month or so.

According to Apple Photos I took 65 Photos on our first visit.Looking at the photos it is well worth visiting.
