A Murder of Crows
After my late night, I was slow to get going, and pottered for a while. I did a few chores, then headed into town to buy and post a birthday card, and pick up some stuff for lunch. I then had a walk around the Farmers’ Market, and was lucky to find that the bakery stall still had some bread leftover.
I met up with a few friends this afternoon for a few drinks in the sunshine. We had a lovely catch up. It was quite windy, and even though I had sunscreen on, I ended up with a pink arm. I was home by 7pm. TT and BB had been out for a walk this afternoon, and had picked up some stuff for a barbecue. When I got back, TT was cooking, but was fed up of the wind. The boys had steaks, and they had a tuna steak for me, which was very nice, and was enormous.
BB and I went for a walk this evening. We watched a couple of hares for a while. There was a lovely sky this evening and there were a lot of crows flying around, a murder as BB reminded me.
