Ringlet

In just a few minutes of taking a break from cleaning the lodge, I managed to photograph 4 different butterflies (I missed a fifth). When we started our wildflower meadow we chose a seed mix that was good for butterflies. It seems to be working, they do like the knapweed.

In Extras there's a green-veined white, a small white and a large white. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Upcoming Blipmeet:
I've been organising a Cumbrian Blipmeet. I'm lucky that there are a few blipping couples we have meals with but it's a long time (pre-Covid) since we've been on an anybody-come-along-if-you-can sort of blipmeet.
