Hydrangea

I’ve never seen a Hydrangea flower this color before! Stunning!
A very active day - lots of walking without even “going on a walk” - over 12,000 steps just doing normal activities. A lovely day with some sunshine at times and some cloud.
I was able to get a lot of gardening done after I walked to town to buy some secateurs and some gardening gloves. Even so, I got lots of scratches and pokes from several thorns. Kevin’s rental home has lots of lovely rose bushes but they are often hidden behind a lot of other thorny bushes like pyracantha - which has got to be one of my least favorite plants!

Kevin also was on a show and came home tired, so as a reward for all the hard work we went out for diner at an Italian restaurant within walking distance, called Al Forno, where I enjoyed a delicious asparagus risotto.
