Cael gorffwys ~ Have a rest

Roedden i fynd i'r ffair ar y comin. Roedd rhaid Nor'dzin yn gweithio ar y stondin 'WI' ar roedd Daniel a fi yn mynd i helpu tacluso ar ddiwedd y dydd.

Ond roedd syniadau eraill gan y tywydd. Cafodd y ffair ei chanslo. Yn sydyn roeddwn ni wedi cael diwrnod rhydd, ac eithrio'r cyflwyniad gyda'r nos wrth gwrs.

Penderfynais i fynd am dro. Rydw i'n siŵr mae'n helpu gyda cholli pwysau. Rydw i wedi bod yn eithaf eisteddog gyda llawer o waith ar y cyfrifiadur. Felly es i am dro o gwmpas yr ardal.

Rydw i wedi bod yn meddwl am dynnu ffotograff o'r tŷ ecsentrig hwn am amser hir. Mae'r tŷ'n lliwgar gyda seddi wedi'u torri yn y wal gyda'r neges 'have a rest' (cael gorffwys?*). Oherwydd bod y seddi yn wlyb wnes i ddim eistedd i lawr ond roeddwn i wedi gwerthfawrogi'r syniad. Rydyn ni angen mwy o seddi mewn mannau cyhoeddus.

Gyda'r nos gwnaethon ni rhoi ein cyflwyniad ar 'zoom'. Gwnaeth pobl yn hoffi beth wnaethon ni dweud ac wedi gofyn llawer o gwestiynau. Roedden ni'n hapus. Roedd e'n dda i wedi cael llawer o baratoad a ymarfer.

I was going to the fair on the common. Nor'dzin had to work on the 'WI' stand and Daniel and I were going to help tidy up at the end of the day.

But the weather had other ideas. The fair was cancelled. Suddenly we had a day off, except for the evening presentation of course.

I decided to go for a walk. I'm sure it helps with weight loss. I've been quite sedentary with a lot of work on the computer. So I went for a walk around the area.

I've been thinking about photographing this eccentric house for a long time. The house is colorful with seats cut into the wall with the message 'have a rest'. Because the seats were wet I didn't sit down but I appreciated the idea. We need more seats in public spaces.

In the evening we gave our presentation on 'zoom'. People liked what we said and asked a lot of questions. We were happy. It was good to have had a lot of preparation and rehearsal
