Making blackberries

I found this green-veined white this morning feeding on blackberry flowers on the green, just below the house.  It's one of many that I've seen recently but I thought it looked pretty lovely here.

Nothing much else to report: I've bought a new iron and done all the ironing that was building up, kept an eye on Duke who didn't eat more than half his breakfast (very unlike him), read and paid blipper Angelique for one of her lovely bookmarks, plus was faintly domestic.  Tomorrow I rather hope I shall be off to Lymington, but we'll see.
