Tess enjoyed chasing after sticks in Crummock Water this morning and I actually managed to capture a shot of a stick in the air!  Another in extras.  Had planned to go to Loweswater but when I got to Mockerkin the road was closed.  No warning until you actually got to the village!  There was a diversion sign which took you along a single track road for miles and miles with no passing places!  I stopped and asked someone where I was!  It was all very strange.  Ended up back on the main road I had earlier come along.  So gave up on Loweswater and went to Crummock instead.   Added an extra half hour to my journey!  

So very very sad and shocked to hear about Knottman2 who suddenly died this morning.  He will be missed so much.  I've met him a couple of times and he was such a lovely man with a great sense of humour.
