Normal service resumes

Last night I thought I was being a bit ambitious going to my class after only being back at 9pm last night, but after a good nights sleep there was no reason not to get back at it.

The class was good, I’ve met quite a few people after being going since November and the reason I like this gym is that there aren’t any egos, there are all shapes and sizes, ages and everyone is encouraging.

Back home and ready to go for a lunch sitting outside at Tabou, spending the voucher that Laura gave us at Christmas. The food here is delicious! I devoured my chicken, on a bed of mashed potatoes and the sauce was fab too. S had a brioche bread and butter pudding but I could not eat another thing.

We had taken the car as it was farmers market day and some stuff to get.

Afternoon wasn’t that productive apart from tending to my pots , snipping away at the dead bits and chopping the forsythia which has gone bananas. I know the flowers grow on new growth but it’s just too high.

We had a lazy evening watching Michael Portillo on C5 in Sicily. He goes to Stockholm too in this series so will be keen to see it as he goes into the City Hall which is fabulous and good to see it again.
