The rain has started,
the grey prevails and the day 
will remain quiet

I left the house at 6 just as the rain began. I drove down to the Schubert Drive Lookout where rainy day photos are manageable. 

I did my little walk around this small park to see what the neighbourhood had added since my last jaunt here. I like the hand-painted signs and the new bench.

I appreciate the view of my mountains and the north river. The perennials look really nice. I'm always surprised they survive as this street gets a lot of traffic, especially pedestrians. 

I'm home with the lights on for this dark, dreary morning. I have no ambitious plans.
