Much too long at work solving other people's problems.  I think the main problem is that there are too many things I know how to do.

After finishing I was seized with energy and spent a useful and reasonably happy hour chopping back the extremely unruly jasmine hedge at the front of the house.  It's been needing done for about three years, ever since I had to hack it all back for some contractors, and that makes me realise just how long I've felt completely rubbish and not tidied it sooner.

After making tea the sun was catching the bevelled glass in the door at just the right angle, and that means it's time for rainbows.
