Evening light

Another very hot day with little breeze to cool you down.  I quickly popped down to the allotment to water some of the plants and pick some courgettes. I was grateful that the gym has air conditioning so I could enjoy my early morning sprint cycle class and then later in the morning the Pilates one.

Back home I popped down to the allotment in the late afternoon and picked the rest of the blackcurrants.  I do so love this fruit.  I also picked some rhubarb for ourselves and our neighbours.  My neighbour on the allotment also turned up so I offered her some rhubarb and she gave me some lovely smelling sweet peas in return.
