Feast Day Parade

The crowds gathered at the end of Wendover Close to watch the start of the feast day parade, as did half of the parade that turned up three minutes late for the muster.
 
Unfortunately the coordinators started the parade at muster time, not parade start time – VERY SILLY, and on a Saturday, how convenient.
 
We gave the drivers the word so they went off in search of the front half.  Very disappointing turnout this year, especially compared to former years.
 
 
There was a bit more interest in some of the afternoon’s entertainment at extra.  Fortunately we did not need a fleet of ambulances to take care of the excitement.
