Costa del Dell

L picked me just after 10 and we drove over to the theatre. This time I was making my way to the Pavilion in the Explorer's Garden for a class led by Natalie of Failte Yoga which I really enjoyed.  I was worried it might be too hot but the pavilion is north facing and the doors were open and we went outside on the balcony for savasana.  Bliss - I could have stayed there all day. There were only two of us there and whilst this was nice and I do hope the numbers increase when she comes back next month. 

Back home I escaped the heat by staying indoors and catching up with various bits and pieces. However when I saw a message from VP on the Dell Dippers WhatsApp Group asking if anyone was going swimming I was changed and round at hers within 10 mins. The Dell was heaving with families enjoying the sun. I don't think I ever seen it so busy.  However once we were in the water and passed the buoy it was much quieter. We swam past the second pine until we could see the Boating Station. My next target is to make it the First Corner. 

It was considerably cooler when I got home and I felt so refreshed I even cut the grass !
