Piglets

After getting some washing done and on the line, G and I met up with JohnRH and W to do the Bayfield Bird Walk early this morning. It was not as hot today, but was very muggy so I still struggled in the humidity. Lots to see as always and as well as the piglets, I've included a collage of a comma butterfly, what we thought might be bees mating, a banded demoiselle, chicory flower, cinnabar caterpillar, swan, and a six spot burnett moth. We also saw a frog, but my photo was poor, two horses and a dog reluctantly fetching a ball in the ford. John was on fire in spotting good photo subjects today. Natural Surroundings wasn't open as we were early, so we finished the walk and had a cuppa at the end. G and I also nipped in the craft barn and I bought a new hare ornament which no doubt will appear in a blip in the Winter! This afternoon I've kept an eye on the ladies final and am now about to watch the men's final, looking forward to it.
