A Little Surprise

It was wet when I opened the curtains this morning (just for a change!).
I thought I would try something different and held a lens back to front against the front of the camera and took 3 shots of the rain drops on the window.
When I put the lens back on properly I photographed the single rose with its garland of raindrops.

Other pictures I took were for The Larder this afternoon at their cooking class.

The mugs I made yesterday got their second coat of finish and I made half a dozen spinning tops.
When I turned round to leave the garage it was absolutely bucketing down.

I got a phone call this afternoon from the kitchen company. They are coming tomorrow afternoon to fit our missing cupboard door! Hooray...........

This evening was dry, sunny and warm so we managed to get out and get our steps in.
While we were out I noticed the dandelion head with its last few seeds which I rather liked. It wasn't until I downloaded the picture that I noticed the fly.
