To Visit Harrods

My work on the house has now been completed and all the scaffolding put away.

All that remained to do was to take the builders rubbish to the tip. It is more correctly called the Department of Infrastructure Amenity Site. I still prefer the word tip. However nowadays it is a shiny bright new construction and heaven help you if anything was actually "tipped" there at all. There were a lot of politicians wearing suits at the event when it was opened.

We now have some rudimentary re-cycling but what I think best of all is this enclosed area where you can leave items that still have a value. It is particularly good for childrens' toys. These can be played with for a few months and then returned to be "re-cycled" by another child.
