A Lame Duck.

When one is surrounded by ducks it is apparent that injuries and mishaps occur.

Ducks quite often hurt their legs. Normally we take little notice because although it looks dramatic, they recover pretty quickly.

However someone nearby must have taken some notice, because this white one returned wearing a splint...

So now it really can put its best foot forward...
