Something different!

Steady rain so far today. Non of the predicted thunderstorms with their heavy downpours yet.

Got my ironing done and a bit of mending/sewing this morning. Now I’m watching Le Tour and working on my birthday jigsaw. Another very tricky Angela Harding design.
I’ve given up to do my blip as I’ve started to get back ache, always worse with a portrait style jigsaw.

We’re having a curry tonight which is not something I would normally drink wine with but this English Orange Wine is supposed to go well with curry. We saw it on Saturday Kitchen a few weeks ago and then saw a bottle in M&S. It wasn’t priced so a bit of a shock at the checkout as it was more than we usually pay as It was our birthdays coming up so we thought we’d drink it for that but then didn’t! So tonight’s the night. I’ll let you know what I think.

Quite a relaxing Saturday, no pressure to be out in the garden or anywhere else but a shame if anyone has a special, outdoor event today.
