Sad wet dog!

I had just parked at my GP surgery when I saw this wet dog waiting for its owner -,it was tethered to a cycle rack. I missed photographing the ‘reunion’ because of people walking past. The owner unhitched the lead from the collar and the dog trotted happily beside him without his lead on as he walked away.

On the way there I drove through a manned speed check - it was a newly designated 20mph area. It would have been hard to do over 20mph because it’s a stretch of only about 100 yards that starts just as you’re pulling away from traffic lights - blink and you’ll miss it!
