Timber

This morning I gave feedback to my intern on the first draft background chapter of her Masters dissertation before driving off to Loanhead to a "proper" timber merchant. I found almost exactly what I wanted for the new treads of the attic stairs, and for rather less than it would have cost me at B&Q. In the afternoon, I continued programming - debugging and refining what I wrote over the past few days. 

When A left to row at 17:00, I went out for a spin on the bike, and got absolutely soaked on the way back. Fortunately the rain stopped before I had to go out with Django, and on my return I cooked tea.
