Bees on Globe Thistle

When I returned from Scotland over two weeks ago I saw that the Echinops was flowering and the bumblebees were loving it. Annoying that I hadn’t staked the plant, it was all flopped over - but that didn’t deter the bees.

It’s now coming towards the end of its flowering period and the bees are still here - it’s the only plant in the garden currently in flower that seems to interest them.
