Grace’s party trick!

This is a screen shot from a video that I took of Grace doing her party piece in Alice Park today, she can flip right over! The two children’s faces have been obscured as they are not ours, they’d gone off to the sand pit, but they looked on amazed!

This is the old part of the park which is still open as the other half next to the cafe is being totally revamped. (see plans - extra), we’d taken the girls on their bikes and a picnic. I thought I’d get a blip of them cycling round as usual but Jude fell off just before we arrived and whilst in the cafe asking for a plaster we had a few spots of rain. So we got coffees and other drinks  and stayed put a while as Jude was a bit unnerved, the rain actually only lasted a few minutes but the girls ate their picnic under the canopy. Jude needed a ginger bread man to help her knee heal so Grace and Eda went up to the top of the park for Eda to climb her favourite tree and make a video to send to daddy. 
Later they both went onto these swings so not much cycling was done. Eda wanted to take her bike into the skateboard park but we felt it was too big as most in there were actually little ones on very small bikes or on scooters. She soon found a classmate who was willing to let her share her scooter. Jude just ran up and down the sides but they all had fun.

Time for the hill again and once home we acquired next doors little girl, she’s always here, and eventually we all went down to another neighbour for a cuppa as they are going away for a few weeks tomorrow. We sat in the garden and the girls did Karaoke! 
So another full day and they’ve only just gone to bed after a late supper!
