Marvellous landing

Stunning weather, and we went ashore to see the walruses.

We were only allowed as close as 200 metres, very sensible, and they didn’t seem at all concerned.

Quite a few swam out to see the Fram  closely….

We were planning a second landing but there was a polar bear there. We spent quite some time watching him but had to cancel our plans. 

Good to watch the polar bear stand, move around, eye up some reindeer and move on. (Extra)

Heading back up the west coast and hoping for two landings tomorrow.
