Bring me a... Shrubbery!

This fine Saturday, I am back to this ol' bush. I am not sure what it is, but I think it's Cinquefoil.
My partner could probably tell me, but she's busy in Heysham and it's not important enough to interrupt her for.

It was one of the very first things I took a decent photograph of, when I first got back into photography a few years ago. Then I had a Canon DSLR, and had bought a couple of vintage lenses (and a kit lens) and was just relearning the whole thing again, after several years when I had no camera at all.
(I never took to taking photographs on my phone; it's just not the same for me.)
Then when I got a Sony A7ii, it was again the first thing I took a picture of.
And it's a subject I keep returning to.
There's just something about the flowers that keeps me coming back.
I am sure the owners of this bush think I am madder than Mad Jack McMadd, winner of last year's All Scotland "Not Too Sane" Award.

It probably won't be the last time I take a pic of it, and it'll probably appear on my Blips again.

It was either this shrubbery today or  one of the roses, that I have put in Extras.
Talking of, I better start being a bit more careful or I am in danger of running out of extras.
Oh well, restraint can wait till tomorrow.
