Intrepid

A full on day.  After a terrible night's non sleep it was up to get ready to go for the family day out.  Part of the non sleep had been caused by worrying about the disasters that could happen!

First stop was Sainsbury's to buy shoes for the girls that they could wear in the water.  Then off to Foxlake for the adventure.  The weather was much better than forecast, warm and sunny.  Wish I'd worn shorts, or even a t-shirt.  The kids got kitted up and then off they were on the assault course, above water.  They did really well and no-one was injured.  My two started off on the green run but were on the black run  by the end.  Well done to all. 

After we had a few sandwiches and drinks before the Bonnyrig/French lot headed home and we went to Dunbar for a great walk around the Harbour in the sun.  Beautiful views.
