Down my local pool in the morning, first time in a while what with being away on holiday an' that - great to be back!

And then we had three Fringe shows booked spread out over the afternoon and evening, but thanks to Storm Floris we only got to see one of them, the other two being cancelled due to the Pleasance Courtyard being closed because of safety concerns. 

So, the one we did get to see early afternoon was terrific, and we see Luke Wright every year pretty much without fail. Performance poetry, big thumbs up.

And then to do summat else cultural instead of coming home straight away, we took ourselves off to The Cameo (cheap day for members on a Monday - we're not daft!) for a matinee of Late Shift, a film that I really wanted to see anyway. And it didn't disappoint.

A pint in the bar afterwards and then home for an early one. Plenty planned for tomorrow, and no adverse weather forecast as far I can tell.
