Local Landmarks

With P still feeling poorly, I set out on my own this morning and went to a bookshop inside a modern shopping centre near Victoria Station. It turned out to be smaller that I had thought, and I didn’t find anything. But I came across the impressive Westminster Cathedral (in the extras, not to be confused with the much older and more important Westminster Abbey), and later I saw the iconic MI6 building (extra) on my way to the Tate Britain (main blip), where I enjoyed browsing through the galleries and seeing the famous works of J.M.W. Turner (extra).

By that time, mid-afternoon, P was feeling a bit better and actually went for a short walk with me. After about 40 minutes being outside and walking, he was almost back to his old self, and we are now thinking about going out for dinner tonight.
Just in time before flying back home tomorrow.
