Almost stepped on it!

I have also backblipped Thursday's Can you tell what it is? ..... hope you will have a look .... thanks to those who already have :-)

Had a lovely wander this afternoon ..... we came across this Common Lizard Newt sauntering across the road! We almost stepped on it!

It was tiny .... must have been a young one.

1st Extra gives more idea of how small it was .... Hubby picked it up & we put it in the grass on the verge!

2nd Extra ~ the wire was full of Swallows & House Martins .... couldn't believe how many there were!
