Light box

W has been busy in the workshop for a few days.  Result - a light box for my sewing room.

I think W has enjoyed challenging himself - it's more complicated than it really needed to be.  Mainly constructed from plywood, but with mitre joints.  A little bit of walnut (left over from construction of my music stand) as the "handle" on the perspex lid.  W had the LED light already in his "stash" - it seems to work OK, but if it turns out the lighting is too uneven, we can replace with an alternative light source.

My output for the day was much less impressive.  I did manage a bit of sewing, but mainly just rested - I seem lacking in "get up and go" at the moment.
