High cloud making an
eerie light in the valleys,
gives us a grey start

I was off to the grocers for 7, then blipping came second. I made it just a short hop over to Vantage Point near the airport. 

The light this morning was theatrical with overhead cloud high and thin. I parked along the fence to have just a brief walk on the Rivers Trail. My good fortune was to find an eagle perched in a cottonwood tree surveying the river. I liked the look of the sword grass against the rip rap. 
I got my panoramas with my mountains to the east, then I headed home.

It should be a very quiet Sunday. My cranky feet aren't up to much.
