Climbing up on Solsbury Hill

We went for a walk from our Kiddiwalks guide and it took us to Solsbury Hill, above Batheaston.

The very same Solsbury Hill that this song is named after. Apparently the song is about a spiritual experience he had whilst atop it.

I had a near spiritual experience with my cheese sandwich and my dried mango as we looked out towards Bath.

We had a good walk up some very overgrown, wild, footpaths.

A bit of fresh air was what we needed.

More mundane this afternoon - painting blackboards! Not for school.
