Home again

Back home! Incident free! Except for the abomination that is Edinburgh Airport, which allows THREE flights to arrive at the same time, resulting in hundreds queuing at passport control. Then ALL THREE loads of bags were on the SAME luggage belt. Unbelievable. When we were flying to Schiphol last month, we had to wait on the runway at Edinburgh, because it was too busy to land, so I know that flights can be managed like that to avoid congestion,

Elizabeth brought Archie’s belongings back, and Amanda and John brought the boy himself, who got VERY excited about the room full of people, and did zoomies all around for a while and then flopped.

We’ve had the most wonderful few weeks of holidays (a whole month, actually), thanks to all the kind people who looked after Archie.  

Going nowhere for the rest of the year!!
