Scolia Bicincta (Double-banded Scoliid Wasp)
My PT appointment was at 9:30. I had my initial therapist today and I really think she is more effective. She told me their job is to lessen the pain as much as possible but it might never completely go away. And I should expect flare up when I am involved in excess walking (I.e., my October France trip). Oh joy! I appreciate her honesty. Momma was just getting up when I got home. Hubby and I had assembled her breakfast before I left so I just had to heat up the warm portion. She seems to be able to get up and down easier but cannot always get where she needs to be fast enough. I feel so bad for her. Our country had another unbelievable multiple murder today. It was really hard to watch the news as details unfolded. May God give grace to those families to get through that horror. Hubby mowed the lawn. I made lunch, cleaned the kitchen, fed the birds, picked a lot of tomatoes and finally got a photo of this wasp. There were tons of them hovering in my front yard for the last two weeks but they wouldn’t land long enough to be photographed. They must have just hatched. Then we all three took naps. Have a bit to do for dinner, homemade Chipotle chicken bowls. Momma has leftover BBQ and mac and cheese that is softer. Hoping for only good news tomorrow for all of us. Stay safe. Thanks for your visit. “Laws are like cobwebs, which may catch small flies, but let wasps and hornets break through.” -Jonathan Swift
