Today we visited West Jefferson, North Carolina, very near the Tennessee and Virginia borders.  It's a beautiful village, lined with flowers and murals on the sides of buildings.  It's a musical town, part of the bluegrass music trail.  We visited some of the shops, and had lunch before heading back to Boone.  It has a great cheese shop, several nice coffee shops, the arts center, and a great cowboy boot store (if that's your thing).  See the extras that include today's street shot.
