There’s a bridge across Lower Street right now. Some asbestos tiles have to be removed from the roof, and the roof is being replaced, tomorrow apparently.

Work was busy, I spend a lot of time talking to people about food hubs or taking them there, or issuing HSF vouchers, which are not the same as food bank
Vouchers . It’s a lot for people to take in, but they are usually grateful and somewhat overwhelmed by how much is on offer, once they get there. Stroud has fabulous surplus food hubs, a legacy of the goodwill and co operation that came out of the CoVid era.
